Ondot Courier Service - Package not delivered

Parcel couriered on ** Feb **. It was to be delivered on *st on an urgent basis but it’s * Mar ** not received. Talked to customer care also, written mail as well. These shameless people don’t respond on the call. The delivery boy once called me about non-delivery. He was talking very rudely. The parcel contains items which were supposed to be gifted in marriage on *nd Mar,**. Due to non-delivery, I couldn’t gift it. They are least bothered to deliver it. I haven’t received a single call from them. Please look into it some lesson should be taught to them. I have attached a copy of the courier receipt.
