MANJU RANA filed complaint against Mastani Fab on Mar 1, 2019
I have ordered a saree for Rs. ****/- approx from one of the online site, www.mastnifab.com in the month Jan ****. It is a Surat (Gujarat) based company. They have sent me a product of very cheap material, stained fabric and the blouse was too small. So I have requested for return of material and ask for the refund but no response. They demand me to do one transaction to this no. through Phonepe app on **th Feb **** by Nidra Mandal **********@axisbank Rs. **,***/- which I showed to my senior they told me not to do. After a few days they refund that amount to my mastani fab account but I couldn't get the money. So I again place an order of the same amount thinking that I will get some better product on *th Feb **** snapshot is attached for your referral. They are not reachable in whats up or either they are not responding the call and mail is bouncing back. No response/support on getting the product & reversal.
