I had ordered a product from dealpick.in after seeing their Ad on Instagram. I purchased the item on **th February costing Rs ****. I got an email confirmation with confirmation order no #DP*****LP. I was supposed to get a notification regarding the dispatch of item, which I did not get so I emailed them * times (found out that they have no address or helpline no on their website). After * days I got a response which was not satisfactory. I would like your help to stop such fraudulent companies from looting consumers in the future and help me get my hard earned money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
