The Shining India - Package not delivered

I found this site from one social networking site. I have ordered one kurta palazzo set on *th Feb **** and paid using the debit card as cod is not available. I have received an SMS and an email with order confirmation, also received order id (*****). As per the SMS, I should receive the package in ** to ** days. I was able to reach the customer care initially, they used to say some random answer and said courier will reach to me in *-* days. Till today I haven't received the package, their number not working and the website not reachable.
