I had placed an order on the website on **th February **** vide order no. ***** for * products. There was no update on my order post which I sent a reminder on **th February. I received a call from their support team and was informed that * product “wild shirt” is not available, and they can only send * product to me out of *. I obviously agreed as there is no choice given. I was told it will be dispatched in * days and again received a new order confirmation email on **.**.****. To my utter surprise, the same is not delivered till day. I followed up again vide email, i.e., after more than a month, and again received a prompt call from support team saying the same thing that only * product is available (which I was told a month back too). Obviously as an irate customer, I asked what is stopping them to send it if * product is available. They have no explanation as to why it is not being sent for more than a month, over and above they have audacity to ask if I am interested in the product or no. If little common sense is applied, then it is clear that the customer is following up for an order which means obviously the customer is interested in purchase. I asked them to make me speak to someone who is sensible and is willing to understand the concern, I am not interested in listening to same answer every time that it will be dispatched in * days and follow up again in a month. The audacity of the so call support team post the call is that they sent me an order cancellation email with a reason that “payment has been voided”. Again, the order placed is COD and the payment can be made only when the product is delivered. Again, lack of common sense, at least take the onus of cancellation on you if you are not interested in selling instead of passing on the blame to others. The best part is that they are stating that the fabric for the “wild shirt”, that is the *nd product I had ordered, is over and they are displaying it on website till date.



The staff is utterly rude and is not trained to deal with an irate customer, firstly there should not have been a situation where you provide such service that customer is furious. I have attached all the relevant emails for your quick reference. My overall understanding as on today is that the website is fraud and misleading people. I am sure there will be many who have paid online in advance and you have not delivered products.
