I had ordered cake (Order no.*********) for my friend who is staying in other city. I booked the order * days in advance. On particular day when I tracked the order it was showing out for delivery, but not delivered to destination. I have mailed to them about non delivery of cake, but till date no response from their side. Even their customer care no.is not reachable. Now I m requesting for full refund of amount.
