I ordered few product via winni.in as on Feb **, ****, and haven't received the product till now. When I tried calling the customer care, always they seem to be busy and also no one responds over live chat promptly. Everything seems to be fraudulent. I need immediate action on this company either receiving the product or by refund of my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
