Allied Health Organization - Package Not Delivered

At the time of sale of policy the executives of organisation tells & mailed me that opd bills will be reimbursed **% of the bill amount. consultation **%, lab test **%. test can be done from anywhere any lab. **% reimbursement of all prescribed medicines by the doctor of any clinic or hospital. but practically nothing like that. they reimburse **% to **% of lab test. when I contacted them now they are telling that I must visit their lab to get **% discount. i mailed them to refund my money as I am not interested to continue the policy. but no response. contacted on phone the same repetation. the allied health organisation is a fake organisation and they looting the people in the name of insurance for opd and diagnoistics bills.
