ValueKart - Package not delivered

I feel like I got cheated for Rupees ****. I didn’t get product delivered nor the money. I tried to visit the website there is no reply for the questions. Phone number not working. They said product will be delivered through FedEx but gave No tracking details. When asked for it replied as tracking number not available. When I tried for consumer Complaint, I found this page. I saw many other people also getting cheated this way. Here is the link given below.

I ordered the product without watching reviews. It’s now ** days. No update. I have only the invoice and Payment Receipt. Logo in that invoice is different from the logo which I see on the website. I have attached the Invoice (Received through Mail) and payment receipt for your verification. Can somebody help me to deal with this problem and some further people getting cheated.
