Cityflowers - Package not delivered

I ordered some items from this online website which cost me *** for Valentine's day. They charge me heavily *** for delivery only. So I thought it's an occasion and for same day delivery it's okay I'll pay ***. So I ordered.
But it's **th now and I don't have any links, messages from them for the updates. What's the point of paying *** for delivery? I ordered those items for an occasion and nothing has been delivered yet. And I'm sure they will not even deliver it. It's a scam.
