Ordered a blender from this website on *th dec, **** reviews seemed legitimate also I received an email from shiprocket saying your order is packed but it was not shipped yet, their customer service is not responding too. and today their website isn't opening. I don't know what to do, but I regret purchasing or placing a prepaid order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
