Dear sir,
Kindly refer my Bluedart AWB *********** and Order ID ***********.
Firstly, Delivery boy (Anup having mobile number +************) called me on *rd Nov. **** for the delivery and he refused to deliver to my home location which is in the town itself and insisted me to collect it from another location which is far away from my place.
Secondly, after that he himself cancelling/rescheduling the delivery daily without calling me or informing me.
I am getting a message and email daily for "out for delivery" but thereafter no information no call from the delivery boy. You must verify the following information from the delivery boy.
I request you to look into the matter on immediate basis as the delivery is very important and take necessary action against him.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
