I'd ordered a phone case on Dec **' **** . After that i didn't receive any details of my order. I was informed that i will receive it in *-** business days but no tracking details of my order was sent nor the package is delivered. I tried to contact the support of the site through email and watsapp but didn't get any response from them. This is highly unacceptable and should be resolved as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
