I had ordered a jersey from Pynkvilla on ** November, ****. I still haven't received my order.
I have been trying to contact them through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, text messages, calls, but they never reply. They have displayed their email ID, in case we have any complaints. However, they never reply to emails either .
This is a fraud company and they make us pay the money online with no COD option available.
I'm a student and I have limited allowance. With such money , I had saved up to buy a jersey of my favourite team . Pynkvilla have stolen my money and tortured customers mentally.
They have to be brought down.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
