kpopindiamerch - Package not delivered

I placed an order for * albums last ** November **** and made full payment right away. I didn't receive an update until ** December that the albums have not arrived from Korea yet. Then I received another update on ** January that only * item has arrived. On * March, I asked for an update but seller now said that both items have not arrived but refund is not possible. ** April, I asked for an update. They said one item was sent, but no tracking details were provided and I did not receive anything. ** April, I asked for a refund but they said the item has already been picked up. I did not receive any updates until * May, saying that both items will be sent soon. On ** May, * item was scheduled to be sent after I pay customs fee, which I did so immediately. I received the tracking ID, but until today (* July), it says that item has still not been picked up according to the tracking website.
I have not heard from them since.
