Package not delivered, it was ordered in February, company says it has been handed over to shiprocket but not delivery has been recieved till date, shiprocket customer care is pathetic.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered on **th February **** yet the delivery is showing on **th February ****. Kindly help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
