cleverbridge - Package not delivered

I purchased Corel video studio ultimate software from corel website on ** Nov **** (ref# *********). Cleverbridge is its business partner with whom I have been in contact since the purchase date. I was able to download the software on purchase date but the physical DVD for which i paid did not reach me till date. My package has not been delivered till today (*th Jan ****) and the answers I receive from cleverbridge are very very skeptical. They say my package has been on the way but do not provide me waybill or any courier information.

They don't give the escalation matrix or nodal and appellate contacts even after asking multiple times with direct questions. People sitting in customer support text chats are so awful.

They took payment for physical DVD copy and failed deliver it to me.
