I have made an order for football boots from Sportsfc.in site. The amount of the product **** was paid via google pay. After * weeks when i contacted them through their Instagram page they informed me that it takes **-** business days for shipping as the products are coming from Thailand. Then after * weeks when I haven’t received any updates. I tried to reach them through Instagram but no response and now they have blocked me in Instagram and whatsapp. Mailing to Customer support email will respond with an automated reply.
