Manish Cargo Movers Pvt. Ltd. - Package not delivered

I had taken services of Manish Cargo Movers to ship my household items from Chandigarh to Panchkula. during the time of agreement they are claiming about trust and quality which i relied upon. When i reached pune my shipment got delayed by *-* days that too they had delivered after calling them many times during day. Not only this even when my shipment got delivered they had lost my *-* months old led tv when i checked with them about this they start making excuses and ask me to check tomorrow, this time this date bla bla, daily they are giving me same excuses till now they are not in mood to resolve my request i had also offered them to pay **k out of **k to me but still they are not at all listening. I had all the bills of them and also the receipt wherein i had mentioned clearly that led tv not recieved. Please help me support this and please do not fall in trap with such packers and movers.
