I had ordered some medicines from Apollo **x* app, order number ********* on date *th May,****. Order was expected to be delivered by *:** pm on *th May. But it is not delivered yet. I have been following up with the helpdesk team since *-* days but they are unable to resolve the issue. I don't even need the delivery of this order now.
It seems like no one is really interested in resolving the issue. This is not expected from such a big brand name like Apollo. You should value your customers. I need my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
