Mamaearth conditioner and perfume - Package not delivered

I had placed an order for Mamaearth conditioner and perfume on April **. After placing the order I received a message stating that the products will be delivered to me by the **th of April. But on **th I got a message telling that the products has been delivered.

But till now I have not received the delivery of my products, but the message shows that it is delivered.
I didn't get any call from the delivery agent also when the products had to be delivered.
On **th April, again I recieved a message stating that the products has been delivered.
But till now there is no product that has been delivered to me.

I have called customer care number also. But it's not working. This time it is a terrible experience for me. After sending message also the reply is that the products has been already delivered.
They don't have courtesy to call me and respond.
