Bpm Packers And Movers - Package not Delivered

The company person has picked up the consignment , but have not delivered it in past * months. There are packages, weighing around ** kgs. He is not picking the calls, or responding in any other way. We have no information on the location of our consignment, in spite of paying the whole amount. The parcel , has my kids certificates and awards, which they have won till now. Rest of them are the other used household items and used clothes. This is a bit urgent since my kids documents are present and we will need for their admission to school in Singapore.
