Indian army courier parcel department - Package not delivered

I'm purchasing second hand AC from Quikr
I found one and I share my contact details with seller (ID PK******* - name Pushpa Kumari). First of all, a male contacted me on what's with what's app call. And asked advance amount **%, this account is verfied by Quikr so I paid **** (**% amount). He told within * hours AC will be delivered. But after advance he didn't picked up my calls then I realise he called on what's app, not normal call, then I tried a regular one and of course permanent out of service. Then I got doubt that I was cheated. I checked again on Quikr the AC for which I made advance payment is again on sell. I tried with different no. He finally picked my call and showed a transport slip in name of "Indian Army courier Parcel". At first we discussed **% advance and balance on delivery. Now after showed that slip he share some courier boy no. And that fellow asking **** in name of GST and in PL....... But I refused to pay, now I'm asking him to give my money.... He denied so that is the fraud with me. And I checked on google about this type of fraud and there are so many cases are like this.
