Garuda couriers and services - Package not delivered

A courier was sent to */** empire street,Footscray ,Melbourne Victoria **** Australia from subedari, Telangana India on **/**/**** through Garuda couriers and services the address was correct written on draft provided to us and then the package was delivered in Australia on **/**/**** to */* empire street Footscray Melbourne Victoria ****.

I have lodged a complaint to DHL couriers through which our parcel was to be delivered they have provided proof that the parcel from shipper was sent to */* empire street Footscray Melbourne **** Victoria.

Though informing Garuda couriers and services many times and providing them proof of what had happened they(Garuda couriers and services) asked us to send an email of parcel not received to intl@worldfirst.in

It’s been many days and they are not responding to our emails and Garuda couriers and services are informing us that they didn’t get any status updates from their head office.
The parcel contained clothes for my daughter’s first birthday .

Due to which my complete event was spoiled and I cannot even celebrate my daughters birthday and I have paid ****INR for a photo shoot which is not refundable and the parcel contained the clothes to be worn on the photoshoot.
I need a compensation for my parcel please help me through this.
