Raising a complaint request regarding the inefficiency work putforth by The Professional Couriers, Chengannur Branch Office. Please find below details and also take a moment in monitoring the Google Reviews or Complaints filed against this Establishment Firm, there are numerous complaints pertaining to non-delivery of the items to the destined address:
On **th Jan ****, *:** PM IST – I received a call from The Professional Courier Agent, residing at Chengannur (**** *** ****) informing the delivery agent they cannot dispatch the item to the destined address due to non-coverage or non-delivery support.
Summary: Failure by TPC Regional Service Providers or Delivery Agent in dispatching Courier Items to the Customer as per Destined Address
Issue *: The Professional Couriers (Service Provider at Chengannur - **** *** ****) is requesting the Customer to collect the courier from the Delivering Station i.e. Chengannur.
I have raised a request to your department last year on this same topic, till date there is no response update. This is the only ONE courier service in the world that asks the customer to come to the office to collect the courier.
