I had ordered a customised Liverpool Jersey on the *st of December. I was informed that I will receive it in *-** business days as soon as I receive the shipping alert. However, I am yet to receive the shipping mail and have tried contacting them through WhatsApp and e mail. There has been no response. This is highly unacceptable and should be resolved as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
