Offerseaz com - package not delivered

Ordered a e-bike which was available on the website on *th January **** and scheduled it for next day delivery .
There was no update about the delivery or shipment after the payment was done .
The customer care number which was on the website does not exist when called to.
The email given for support in the website is also fake.
The tracking details only show that the order is being processed.
