Trackon Couriers were supposed to deliver my PAN card. The courier has been shipped on ** October ****, it has been * month I have not received the PAN card and it shows delivered on their tracking page. The PAN card was supposed to be delivered in Porbandar (Gujarat) and it shows delivered in Rajkot (Gujarat). I have contacted the Trackon consumer care innumerable times but I have not received any satisfactory reponse. Please help me as it is a government document and I need it urgently.
