Expencers - Package not Delivered

An order was placed at https://expencers.com for * number Redmi ** Prime, Astral White, *gb Ram, ***gb Storage on **nd Oct. **** the Order ref is #****EXPCR. On **rd the shipment tracking link was emailed were delivery of shipment will be by **th Oct. The link given for tracking - https://www.delhivery.com/track/#/package/GM**J*Y**H will land at an non-existent page. Tiil today, the *th Nov. ****, the shipment was not delivered. Whatsapp messages send to : ********** was read but not responded. Email sent to support@expencers.com was also not responded. The courier company M/s Delvery has expressed their inability to track the shipment. And advised to contact the source of booking. M/s Expencer's Store Address at the time of Booking
