Phoneseller at home - Package not delivered

I ordered Rog phone * from the instra page phoneseller_at_home yesterday ** oct,he asked me to give *** first I asked for some proof he said to call him so I called him and he said they are legit and all so I sended him *** then after few hours he asked for *** more because of tax and all so I paid him that also total of **** then he said I will get it today,but today he again message me in instra that I need to pay *** more to get a otp at that I became suspicious so I called customer care and asked them and they said that he is scamming me so now I am writing here
