Delhivery AJIO - Package not delivered

I had ordered a dress on **th September from AJIO (Order Id - FL**********) and the complete payment was done using the UPI payment mode. I received a text from Delhivery (tracking id - **************) on *th October confirming that the AJIO order has been delivered. Also, received an email from AJIO with the order invoice, the same day. However, I have not received the order yet. I tried to connect to the AJIO customer support, but they were unavailable on call. I have even sent an email to the AJIO customer support team but have received no responses from their end yet. The only way to reach the courier partner Delhivery was to raise a query from their order tracking page. I did the same as well, but received no response from their end. Request you to please look into the issue and resolve the same at the earliest. In case the company is not able to fulfil the order, they could have communicated the same and refunded the amount, instead of making such false claims of delivering the product.
