Respected Sir

This is to inform you that I have placed an order of Oswaal Books worth ₹*** from Oswaal website. The status of ecom express tracking has been in transit from *nd October. Oswaal website is constantly making excuses for delays. And Ecom Express is not even accepting a call. I had no desire to file a conplaint for delay of about two weeks in delivery of books, but for your kind reference I need to solve these books urgently to prepare for upcoming CBSE exams.
Hence it's my earnest request to you to look into the gravity of this matter to solve my issue taking into consideration the urgent requirements of CBSE Sample Papers for a Class ** going Student who is ought to give Term Exam after a month.
I hopefully expect your activeness in my provision of the books.
