Shree filed complaint against Ecom Exprees on Oct 7, 2021
I ordered a product from meesho ...they shipped it through ecom express.. package reached my place before *days from the date of estimation..they sent me sms on *st day that it will delivered today shaare the code waited whole day no call recived nothing..next day got sms stating wrong address...I don't understand same ecom express delivered many products to my address correctly ..this time they t telling wrong address ..so with patience I excused and rescheduled the delivery again...next again getting sms at *pm undelivered due to wrong address...again next day I went to website and rescheduled stating it's incorrect status..till now I'm waiting no calls no nothing..no attempt was made...this order number**********..want to take action on them
