Mamta Saree Surat - Package Not Delivered

I booked a dress for Rs. ****+*** shipping from Mamta Saree, Surat through his business whatsapp group (**********) on ** Sep ****. Paid via gpay (confirmation attached). On repeated enquiry for tracking no, he sent me an incorrect tracking no (image attached) on ** Sep. I asked him to refund the amount and he sent me a pic of the supposed package sent with a tracking no. When I checked on online, it said there is no booking on this no. I also called Shree Maruti courier, Secunderabad and they confirmed there is no booking. When I called him again and asked him to refund or will need to raise a legal complaint. His reply is 'Abhi kar do(do it now).

I happened to get to your details online and read all positive customer feedback. Hence, approaching you for help here. This amount may be small but I want such fraudsters to understand they cannot get away with such irresponsible behaviour and con customers
