I ordered a dress Order # **** on *th July ****. The delivery date was *th September ****. But the item was not delivered. So, I sent a refund request on ** th September ****. But my refund request has not been processed till now. I sent emails and whatsapp messages but I am received no reply. My phone calls were not attended. Till now, I have not received the item nor my money has been refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
