I placed an order for a box Toblerone Milk Chocolate (** x ***g) on **th August and got a reply that the order was getting ready to be shipped and I will be notified when it is dispatched. As I did not receive anything after waiting for more than * weeks, I sent an e-mail and I got a short reply they will look into it and reply. After another week's wait, I sent a message on the *th September but there is no further response till date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
