AK Garments - Package not delivered

I have a strong complaint against meesho...i had ordered a denim jacket...on **/**/**** a courier agent named shri..kamal robi phone no..****** *****..contacted me and asked to google pay the amount to his number.. I had sent rs.***/- through Google pay to this number..he allegedly claimed he has not received the amount and he has not delivered my delivery item...I had experience d similar incidents from the same person in past also in connection with meesho items..I had attached the screen shot of Google pay here with...I had requested to meesho refund my amount for the undelivered item..next day I got a mail from meesho that the item is delivered to me..I had again sent mail and informed that the item is not delivered and I had lost my money....no response has been received..hence I called the customer care...the firmly told me that they can't do any thing in the issue..in spite of loosing my cash I felt so much disappointed that this is a kind of cheating to a customer..I am hereby requesting you to take necessary action against them
