Hi I ordered two phone cases on **th Nov and immediately paid through paytm..after that I received a confirmation of payment and placement of order but thereafter there's no response from their side .no sign of package being despatched or anything .I tried calling customer care.no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
