I placed an order on **th July and was receive it on *th August. upon not getting the package, when i enquired, all i have been hearing from them (through facebook chat) are the * things :
*. Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate your getting in touch. You will hear from us in the next ** business hours.
*. I totally understand your disappointment. But please be assured that we are trying our best to get the order shipped to you.
*. I totally understand your disappointment. We have again escalated your complaint to the team for urgent dispatch and we shall try our best to get it resolved on priority.
no one called me or sent me an email on my registered email added as well. when i ask for a refund, this is what they have to say:We would like to inform you that in case of cancellation refund shall be issued to you in the form of credit voucher.
this means i cant even get my money back but a credit note from them wherein i have to but from them only and which eventually means i will never get any thing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
