FootballMonk - Package Not Delivered

I had ordered a Manchester United jersey from the website of footballmonk.in My order number is #*****. I had placed the order on the **th of August. I was told that it will take around *-* days, but due to COVID, I was told that it could take more time (*-* days). Later, I tried contacting the delivery company (Delhivery), they told me that the company is not giving them the product, that is why they are unable to deliver. I tried contacting the company on multiple platforms, Calls (Not Answering), Mails (Not Answering), Instagram and Facebook (No Reply). I am really confused, I don't know what to do. I am expecting the product as soon as possible, or the REFUND, in full.
