CAARAA https www caaraa com - Package not delivered

I placed a ***% pre-paid, online order for * T-shirts with CARAA on **th July **** & received the wrong package on **th July. The phone number provided on their website was either constantly switched off or unreachable. Next, I tried to get in touch through the website and even emailed them but to no avail. I finally messaged them on Instagram to get the package replaced.
The wrong order was picked up on **nd July by Delhivery and I was that assured the correct package would be dispatched on the **rd. Consistent follow-up for a tracking id proved futile.
Only on posting about this on my Insta story (with adequate prior notice) did I finally get a response requesting me to take down the story & assuring the order had already been dispatched. This however was not the case and meanwhile, I was blocked by CAARAA on Instagram.
I was finally given a tracking id of Delhivery with a delivery date of *nd August, which kept getting postponed by a day, every day. And on *th August I was shocked to see that an RTO has been initiated for my order.
I even tried to get in touch with Delhivery & Shiprocket but it was of no use.

I have checked & found numerous cases like mine where credulous customers have been cheated by CAARAA & simply stopped after complaining on the company's Instagram/ FB pages.
