My Parcel Pickup Dt-**/JULY/**** Varanasi to surat till date Not Delivered today **/AUG/**** , i complain lots of time but no responded, everyday my delivery estimated time change. please help me, i mail lots of time but one reply come -
"Due to sudden volume surge and ground situation, We are not able to process the shipments as usual. We are trying to stabilize the situation and Operations Team is working and trying their best to clear off all the pending shipments at the Gateway. We assure you, we will take control of the situation and will keep you posted about the same"
