Fashchic 15 - Package not delivered

I ordered * tops from this Instagram store worth - ****.** Rs. on June *st ****, I tired contacting them a lot I didn't got any response, I told them I'll make a fraud complain against them, then they replied- It we be delivered in next ** days I waited for the parcel for next ** days more, but as expected I didn't received any parcel now its Month of August. after several mails and insta dms I asked them to refund the amount but they are not responding, they said- they will provide me the refund details, but till now I've not heard anything from them. I'm extremely exhausted now. All I want is my refund. That's our hard earn money and nobody wants to give a single penny to some fraud people who are still doing business and looting people. I'm extremely disheartened. I hope I'll get some help here .
