Cube stitch - Package not delivered

Cube stitch is an apparel website held by Shopify on its platform in India. The sale was going on-site and I got to see the sites ads on Instagram.
So by seeing the ads I purchased the * shirts on June ** and made an online payment but since then the website is down. I have mailed them twice to know more about refunds and tracking of delivery to know where the product has reached but no reply yet from them.
Even contacted Shopify a month ago they have raised the ticket but no action has been taken yet
