Myshopify Com - Package not delivered

I ordered for a laptop from laptop-zone-ind.myshoppify.com on July **,****. I made the payment through payu money and received a confirmation mail from the seller with order number ****. I paid through phonepe. I had some doubt with the site and I called the number given in the site. It said that the incoming call facility is barred. After * days the site suddenly disappeared. The guy flew away with the money. The confirmation mail came from the ID laptopzone***@gmail.com. There was no reply to my mail as well.
