I placed an order from the site on the **st of July for two cases (with promo code *for***). I received a confirmation email with the order code. I still have not received any shipping update, and the support email id provided by casecue (support@casecue.in) does not seem to work. I reached out to them on Instagram via direct message, but no reply there either.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

Phone case ordered a month back dint recieve yet no response from company support when contacted over email.
