I purchased a CCTV camera from Vplak.com on **th July, **** with order no: **********, paying ****/- in advance. However, even after ** days, the item has not been received. I raised a ticket with the portal on **th July, ****, tried calling them up but they have not returned the money or shippe the product as yet. The customer care is also very poor and pathetic. They speak like nothing can happen to them and this delay is not an issue.
