Joyas India - Package not Delivered

I order a silver ring from Joyas India via Order No. ********* on **th August **** for which I paid in advance via Payumoney with the Payment ID *********. I was promised to have my product delivered within * -** days but it is been more than a month now and I cannot even track my product as their Contact Numbers are incorrect and also they do not reply to their customer care email. In the end, I am approaching Consumer Forum in order to get my hard earned money back and save other innocent consumers from being fooled. I request to get the refund as soon as possible.
