I placed an order for a tshirt on footballmonk.in on **th June and it was written that I will receive the product within ** days. But I have not received the product and have not received any sms or email with an update. I have sent emails to the team and not received any response. I have called on their customer care number but nobody answers the phone. Attaching a screenshot of my order from that website along with my email communication with the company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
