I placed an order from their website of worth ₹**** in December **** and I have still not received my order. I have written multiple times to them asking to be informed regarding the delivery but they just don't seem to care to revert back to me. In January ****, they confirmed that the order will be delivered by last week of January. It's been more than * months I haven't received my package. And after January they didn't reply to my mails. TOTAL FRAUD!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
